Jim Corbett

Overview

Jim Corbett National Park is a forested wildlife sanctuary in northern India’s Uttarakhand State. Rich in flora and fauna, it’s known for its Bengal tigers. Animals, including tigers, leopards and wild elephants, roam the Dhikala zone. On the banks of the Ramganga Reservoir, the Sonanadi zone is home to elephants and leopards, along with hundreds of species of birds.

Himalayas’ foothills, near the popular hill-station of Nainital, the beautiful Jim Corbett National Park, is famous for being home to a large number of tigers, the highest among any Indian national park.

You might need roughly about 2-4 days for Jim Corbett and it would be great to see the other places around too like Corbett fall, Garjiya temple, Sitabani etc. You can also go to visit the nearby hill stations like Nainital.
